Expanding on the stress relieving effects of Dr Bach’s famous ‘Rescue Remedy’ – try a full treatment of his famous emotional management system with a personalised blend – to help with stress and negative emotions

Healing

A relaxing session of energy healing to bring balance and relaxation into your life – works on all levels of the mind, body and spirit

Auricular Candle Therapy using Hopi Ear Candles

A relaxing therapy which can assist with head, hearing, congestion and stress related problems.

Reflexology

A relaxing therapy which stimulates zones on the feet to clear the body

Massage

Try our portable self massage pad in your room or 30 minute magnetic roller massage session
